Choose your roomAm I booking a room or the whole house?+
You are booking one private, lockable bedroom for 1 person. The hosts do not live at the house. Common areas are shared with other guests, and the house accommodates a maximum of 5 overnight guests.
Sapphire and Diamond share a bathroom with up to 3 guests. Opal and Platinum each have a private attached bathroom.
When are check-in and checkout?+
Check in anytime after 4 PM on your arrival day. Checkout is by 10 AM. Personal arrival instructions are sent through Airbnb closer to check-in.
What is the atmosphere like?+
Landon House is intended for quiet, restful stays. Quiet hours are 8 PM to 8 AM, with consideration for other guests throughout the day. No parties or disruptive behavior. Visitors may visit, but cannot stay overnight.
Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are prohibited throughout the property. No pets are permitted.
What should I bring for a longer stay?+
Bedding and towels are provided at check-in, along with a limited amount of basic supplies. Bring your own toiletries and personal essentials, especially for stays over 7 days. Routine replenishment and linen changes are not included.
The shared washer and dryer are free to use; bring detergent and dryer sheets. TVs have installed apps, and you will need your own subscriptions.
Is parking available?+
There are two shared driveway spaces, first come, first served; availability is not guaranteed. Ample street parking is also available nearby, subject to posted restrictions. Follow posted restrictions, including Friday street sweeping from 7 AM to 2 PM. Guests are responsible for parking legally and any tickets incurred.
Are there security cameras?+
Security cameras are outside only, including the doorbell, and record video and audio. There are no cameras inside the house and no noise-decibel monitors.
